No doubt the success of any organization will always be dependent on its leadership.
John Wooden was an excellent leader, and this is reflected in his success as coach of the UCLA bruins. While he was known as the wizard of Westwood, wizardry had nothing to do with his and the team's achievements. Coach Wooden lived his life by some very basic principles, and he used these principles to lead others.
